Camp Camp CAMP!

Hullo Lovely Flarians,

How’s holidays been so far? I hope everyone is having a great time now, we all deserve a short break after all the books we’ve read! :)

Just to let you all know early next semester Flare will be holding its Annual Camp! This year we’ll be heading off to spend a weekend together at Lake Eppalock. This will be a great opportunity to get to know your fellow Flarians way better than before. Trust me, this will be beneficial especially for those planning to be part of production. There is nothing more fun than being with the people who share the same dancing passion as you!

We will be doing activities such as canoeing, archery, campfire, volleyball, and some other group activities, which will of course involve some DANCING! Indoor activities such as pool and table tennis are also available.

Here are the information:
Dates: Aug 7th- Aug 9th 2009Venue: Camp Yumbunga, Lake Eppalock (website: http://www.campyumbunga.com.au/)

Time: Departing Melb Uni at 6pm on 7th, leaving camp around noon on the 9th.

Price: $120 early bird (ending July 17th), $130 normal price (ending July 31st)

Cash payments can be made next week at Bronwyn’s, Yusuf’s and Shermaine’s rehearsals. If you’re not in Melbourne but would like to get in before the early bird ends, fear not! You are allowed to do a bank transfer, how cool is that!

Please take note that everyone will need to bring their own dinner the night we go up (Friday) but all other meals will be provided. Also, you will need to bring your own sleeping bag and remember to bring some warm fuzzy clothings. Early bird will end on the 17th July so make sure you don’t miss out! Get in soon with your booking and payment! Bookings close and all payments must be made by July 31st. Its gonna be a whole loads of fun, fun, and FUNNNN! Wohooo! :)
