It's that time of the year again.
When we hit the books,
Wished we had gone to lectures,
Hoped that there were some online tutorial answers,
Prayed that the exam timetable wouldn't be so sucky.

But take heart!
It'll come and go in no time, so put your all into it!
Don't get discouraged by comparing with others, you're doing this for yourself :)

You can find some Flare people in Bailieu as well, so if you think you are alone in this, you're not!
Head down to Bailieu and look out for us!
Promise that there'll be appropriate bubble tea breaks in between.

Yeppp so study study study hard!
Don't go into the exams empty handed, bring that lovely brain of yours with you.

Poise 2007 was a great sucess with sell-out nights and rave reviews! Our technical standard has undoubtedly increased and the facial expression and ability to put feeling into dance was amazing! (Take it from some 'oldies' that there was once a period in time when Flare only knew how to dance and not how to put any emotion into it- dance is not just about the technicality, it's about telling a story!) A big *pat on the back* to all the choreographes, dancers, lighting and backstage crew...we did it!

Following its 2006 sell-out show Elements, Flare is proud to return to the stage with its sixth annual production...POISE! Choreographed and performed by past and present Melbourne University students, it features a wide range of styles from ballet, jazz and contemporary to hip-hop, cabaret and Chinese dance!

Do come and support us as we continue our aim of providing a platform for both experienced and amateur dancers to express themselves regardless of past experience! We wholeheartedly believe in dancing with soul and passion and promise to deliver a dazzling night of entertainment and creativity!
